Manufacturers websites releasing new monthly coupons

Some of these may require you to register and have a log in.  I would suggest you create a gmail account exclusively for couponing only.  On a later blog, I will list actual contact information that you can request additional coupons via the snail mail.  I'm making this as simple as possible for those of you who are new to couponing.  I know for the advanced extreme couponers, these are reduntant and I apologize.
